私隱政策的適用範圍
私隱政策內容涵蓋 Amoeba 如何處理收集或接收的個人資料，包括有關用戶瀏覽 Amoeba 及使用本網站服務的資料。個人資料指可識別你身分的資料(如你的名字、地址、電郵地址或電話號碼)，及一般非公開的資料。 私隱政策不適用於並非由 Amoeba 擁有或控制的公司政策，也不適用於並非由 Amoeba 聘用或管理的人士。
資料收集及運用
在你登記領取 Amoeba 帳戶、使用 Amoeba 服務、瀏覽 Amoeba 或某些 Amoeba 商業夥伴的網頁或參加推廣計劃或有獎遊戲時，均會收集你的個人資 料。Amoeba 可以將你的個人資料與從商業夥伴或其他公司取得的資料結合。
當你在 Amoeba 登記時，我們會問及你的姓名、電郵地址、出生日期、性別、職位、行業及個人興趣等；涉及某些 Amoeba 服務時，我們可能會問及你的其他個人資料， 例如電話號碼、地址、身份証號碼及與你資產有關的資料。你成功在 Amoeba 登記，並登入使用我們的服務後，我們便會知悉你的身分。
Amoeba 會自動從你瀏覽器上，接收並紀錄伺服器數值，包括互聯網協定位址 (IP 地址)、Amoeba cookie 中的資料及你要求取讀的網頁紀錄。若你使用 Amoeba 應用程式，我們亦會接收並紀錄裝置標識，例如 iOS 及 Android 的廣告標識。

Cookie
Amoeba 會到你的電腦設定並取用 cookie 。Amoeba 會容許它們到你的電腦設定並取用 cookie。其他公司將根據其自訂的私隱權保護政策，而並非本政策使用其 cookie。其他廣告商或公司是不能提取 Amoeba cookie 的。

我們認為有合理需要與你聯絡為你提供產品或服務或因其他工作關係有合理需要的雇員才可得悉你的個人資料。
我們有一套實質的、電子化的及程序化的保安措施附合保護個人資料的規定，以保障您的個人資料。
取消訂閱電郵
Amoeba 會發送有關平台更新、推廣或商業電郵予會員，當會員選擇接收商業或推廣電郵時，每一封電郵亦同時包含「取消訂閱」的功能。如閣下不再希望收到從 Amoeba 發出的電郵，您可點擊每封電郵底部的「取消訂閱」鏈結，以更新並移除您在電郵數據庫上的個人資料。
私隱政策的修訂
Amoeba 可以不時修訂本私隱政策。如果我們在使用個人資料的規定上作出大修改的話，我們會在網頁上當眼的位置張貼告示，通知你有關修訂。

What This Privacy Policy Covers
This policy covers how Amoeba treats personal information that Amoeba collects and receives, including information related to your past use of our products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Amoeba does not own or control, or to people that Amoeba does not employ or manage.
Information Collection and Use
Amoeba collects personal information when you register with Amoeba, when you use Amoeba products or services, when you visit Amoeba pages or the pages of certain Amoeba partners, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. Amoeba may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.
When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, occupation, industry, and personal interests. For some financial products and services we might also ask for your phone no., address, identity card number, and information about your assets. When you register with Amoeba and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
Amoeba automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, Amoeba cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request. If you are using the Amoeba mobile application, we will also receive and record the device identifiers such as iOS Identifier for Advertising (IDFA), Android Advertising ID, etc.
Amoeba uses information for the following general purposes: to customise the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients
Disclosure of information
Amoeba does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
(1) We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Amoeba under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help Amoeba communicate with you about offers from Amoeba and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information, except to the extent required by law. (2) We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. (3) We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Amoeba terms of use, or as otherwise required by law. (4) In response to a court order under HKSAR Law (Ordinance V, Section 58). (5) We transfer information about you if Amoeba is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Amoeba will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. (6) Your account profile is disclosed in different levels according to your account’s privacy settings, and your username is also showed in certain parts of our websites (forums, Q&A part…etc.).
Cookie
Amoeba uses cookies on our websites. Amoeba lets other companies that show advertisements on some of our pages set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to Amoeba cookies.
Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences
You can submit your data amendment or deletion request via Amoeba. Or you can go to "Setting -> Account Deletion" in the "Amoeba28" mobile application to delete your account. Account data will be archived for avoiding duplicate registration.
Confidentiality and Security
Amoeba limits accesses to information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with our legal obligations to protect information about you.
Unsubscription of e-Newsletter and Promotional Emails
Amoeba will continue to send e-newsletter to you with the latest information relating to our products and services. Should you prefer not receiving our newsletter, you may click the “UNSUBSCRIBE” button in our e-newsletter and you will be removed from our list immediately.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Amoeba may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your information we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on our pages.
